Die aufgelierferten Sendungen sollen deutliche Aufschrift und richtige Frankierung aufweisen. Wenn möglich, ist der Aufgeber zur Beseitigung bemerkter Mängel aufzufordern. | The posted items must bear a legible lettering and the correct franking. If possible the person posting the item is to be directed to remedy any deficiencies. | |||
Über jede Einschreibsendung wird dem Aufgeber ein Einlieferungsschein erteilt; er muss deutlich und ohne Änderung ausgestellt sein und von dem Kapitän oder dessen Vertreter unterschrieben werden. Formulare zu Einlieferungsscheinen sind so zu verwahren, dass sie nicht in die Hände von unbefugten Personen fallen. | For each registered letter the posting person will be issued a certificate of registration. This has to be issued in legible writing without amendments and signed by the captain or his deputy. Certificate of registration forms must be kept securely so that they may not fall into the hands of unauthorised persons. | |||
